Psst… guess what?
We’re sharing not one, not two, but THREE new Quick Wins with you today! 🎉
And what’s even more exciting is that they’re all about How Pinch of Yum Uses Tasty Recipes, Tasty Links, and Tasty Pins.
What time is it? New course time! 🎉
That’s right — we’ve got a brand-new course for you today on Food Blogger Pro, and it’s all about How to Create a Content Calendar.
Since Pinterest is typically one of a food blogger’s top traffic sources, it’s no surprise that we’re excited about their new Pinterest Predicts 2022 report.
Pinterest Predicts is a “not-yet-trending report” where Pinterest tries to identify the searches and topics that will be trending in the new year. And the reason they produce this report each year is to help content creators take advantage of their predictions via the posts, videos, and photos they share on Pinterest!
If you go to the Pinterest Predicts page, you can filter by category (“Food and beverage” being one of them), so we thought it would be fun to unpack four of their most interesting food and beverage predictions for 2022. Let’s dive in!

And even better, it’s about a topic that lots of us don’t know a lot about: Trademarks for Food Bloggers.
Is it just me or does the end of the year always feel like the perfect time to step back and set some blogging goals for the year ahead?
It can be so helpful to analyze what’s working (and what’s not!) in your current strategy to decide what to focus your time and energy on moving forward.
As you’re thinking about your goals for the new year, we wanted to get a feel for what food bloggers are focusing on in 2022 to give you some ideas and inspiration!

It’s no secret that Instagram Reels are popular now. Like really popular.
And that means, as food bloggers, we have an opportunity to grow our Instagram accounts by leaning into creating Reels!
While you might initially just think about sharing recipe videos on Reels, there are so many other unique ways food creators can use this social media feature to their advantage. Let’s dive into them!
As food bloggers and food content creators, we spend a lot of the time on the photographs, recipes, blog posts, and videos we produce.
So what can we do to protect that content that we create?
You’ve probably heard terms like “Privacy Policy,” “Terms of Service,” “Disclaimers,” and “DMCAs” before, but do you understand their purposes and if / why you need them for your own content?
We have a bit of a different blog post for you today! And it’s all about how we made our very first $100 from food blogging.
Who is this “we,” you ask? The Food Blogger Pro community and the team here behind Food Blogger Pro and our sister companies.
We say it a lot, but every food blogging journey is different, and it’s really hard to compare one blogger’s story to another.
We all have different responsibilities in addition to trying to grow our food blogs. Some of us have full-time jobs. Others have kids or pets or other family obligations. We live in different countries where we rent or own our own houses. Some bloggers work on their blogs on the weekends, while others can spend a bit more time producing content.
That’s why it’s impossible to compare the growth of one blog to another; there is so much happening behind-the-scenes that impacts the way and the speed at which a blog grows.
So why are we talking about how we’ve made our first $100 today? To show you just some of the ways that bloggers have made it work.
Your first $100 is a huge milestone, and there are so many different ways you can achieve it. Here are just a few ideas:

But first, a concept I’d like to share:
