Food Blogger Pro uses ConvertKit to send emails to our customers and customer prospects. We may share your name, email address, and payment history with ConvertKit to improve your experience with our email marketing. ConvertKit will also process your experience with our newsletters, such as whether you open them or click on certain links. This helps us create the best user experience for you. This information is used by ConvertKit in accordance with their privacy policy.

AddEvent

We use add event to allow our users to add events to their calendar with ease. This will require you provide some of your custom information or grant permission to access your calendar. We use Vimeo to host certain video content, such as courses. Vimeo collects data about your behavior, such as views and may collect personal information if it is submitted with a Vimeo account. We use YouTube to stream video for certain events. YouTube collects data about your behavior, such as views, and may collect personal information if it is submitted with a YouTube account. Comments

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Food Blogger Pro uses Crowdsignal to survey members through our membership dashboard. Deadline Funnel

We use this service to host certain webinars offered on the website. If you attend a webinar, you may provide certain information, such as your name and email address, as part of the registration process. This information will be stored by Deadline Funnel and may be used for the distribution of emails. Additionally, we may then transfer the information to another service, such as ConvertKit, for email subscriptions.

THIRD-PARTY USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may share your information with third parties when you explicitly authorize us to share your information. Additionally, the Site may use third-party service providers to service various aspects of the Site, which are detailed herein. How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Retargeting Ads

From time to time, the Site may engage in remarketing efforts with third-party companies, such as Google, Facebook, or Instagram, in order to market the Site. These companies use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Site. This means, after visiting the Site, you may see an ad for our services. However, your personally identifiable information is not used by any remarketing service other than to present you offers from the Site. Newsletters

On the Site, you may subscribe to our newsletter, which may be used for advertising purposes. All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels. We will not report any of your personal information to our sponsors. 

Account Connection with Nutrifox

If you have a paid annual membership to Food Blogger Pro, you receive the opportunity to connect your Food Blogger Pro account to Nutrifox, which allows you to make online nutrition labels for your recipes. If you elect to connect these accounts, you are authorizing us to share your Food Blogger Pro user ID and the expiration date of your Food Blogger Pro Membership. No other information will be accessible. If you have created a username that includes personal information, such as your email address or name, then it would be accessible to Nutrifox. Otherwise, no identifying details would be made accessible. If you do not want us to share this information, please do not link your account.

ANONYMOUS DATA

From time to time, we may use anonymous data, which does not identify you alone, or when combined with data from other parties. This type of anonymous data may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. Examples of this anonymous data may include analytics or information collected from cookies.
