Updated Course: Time Management

Happy Thursday – we’ve got an exciting course update for you! And I can’t tell you how excited I am about today’s course because it is immediately applicable to problems that I am having right now.

Just yesterday I had a full-on meltdown. I was overwhelmed and feeling like there just wasn’t enough time in the day. Between getting enough sleep (I need my 8 hours), walking the dog, going to the gym, working my day job, and, you know, feeding myself, I felt completely stretched thin. There was barely any space left for my creative projects, let alone making meaningful progress.

Finding enough time to do all of your things is hard enough. And when you finally do have some time to work on your food blog, it can be really easy to inadvertently waste some of that time doing other things that don’t matter as much. That’s why I think this course really resonates with everyone, whether you’re just getting started with blogging or you’re a seasoned pro.

Course overview for the time management course showing the individual lessons.

In this course, you’ll learn:

  • How to reverse schedule
  • The importance of saying ‘no’
  • Finding a schedule that works for you
  • And so much more!

Bjork and I talk about some tech tips to increase your productivity, how to keep your phone from distracting you, and more. And just to be mindful of your precious time, the course takes less than an hour to watch (and implement). Not too shabby!

So! If you are like me and struggle with not only finding the time to do your work, but also with optimizing the time that you do have, then this course is for you.

  1. I’m so excited to watch this course! I’ve been struggling to find time to post even once a week, especially with less daylight for photos in the winter, and I’m hoping to step it up to twice a week this year. I’m really working on saying “no” more this year to save my sanity and give myself the time to do all those things I really want to be doing, like creating content for my food blog and some home projects that have been on the list forever. Going to watch now!

  2. This sounds super helpful! ⏱️ Love that it’s under an hour but packed with practical tips — exactly what I need to stay focused and make the most of my time. Can’t wait to check it out!
