Food Blogger Pro Affiliate Program

We're beyond excited to let you know that the Food Blogger Pro affiliate program has officially launched! Before I explain more about the program I wanted to say a big thanks to the team that helped make sure that every pixel was in place and every line of code written perfectly.

These were really incredible people to work with and we couldn't have done it without them.

We started crafting the plan for the Food Blogger Pro affiliate program almost five months ago. One of the reasons we took our time with putting together the program was because we wanted to create an affiliate program that would prioritize the same things that we prioritize at Food Blogger Pro: relationships, hard work, and long-term commitment.

Relationships - We believe that affiliate marketing is at its best when it helps everyone involved. This means that the affiliates recommending the product truly believe that it will help their visitors, and that the visitors that purchase the product are thankful that the affiliate recommended it to them. One of the decisions we've made with the Food Blogger Pro affiliate program is to not allow coupon sites to join the program. Our focus in on websites or blogs that have a relationship with their readers. This is good news for bloggers, as they won't get their clicks "stolen" from coupon sites.

Hard work - Remember when you took a class in school that you really liked? Okay, so maybe not everyone had that, but I remember taking a few classes that I really enjoyed. One of the things I remember about those classes was that I could work really hard but it would still be enjoyable. That's what the past few months have been like for me as I've been learning about affiliate program management. It's a role that I'm really excited to work hard in. I've read books, met with the head affiliate manager of Target.com (a really cool guy that used to be a food blogger), and scoured online resources. I'm still learning the ropes, but know that I'll do whatever I can to be as helpful and responsive as possible.

Long-term commitment - We wanted to make sure that affiliates were paid for the entire duration that a member is signed up for Food Blogger Pro, so our affiliate program pays recurring commissions (not just commissions on the first month's payment). This means that when someone signs up after clicking on your affiliate link that you'll be paid a 20% commission every month until that member decides to cancel.

We're excited to be partnering with ShareASale, one of the most respected affiliate networks in the industry. Here's what you need to do if you're interested in becoming an affiliate for Food Blogger Pro:

  1. Sign up for ShareASale (if you don't yet have an account).

  1. Cahierdegourmandises -

I’m really interested in getting into the affiliate program. My blog is in French but I have a translation plugin. I’m sure that some French people are interested in Food Blogger Pro (as I am !)
Is it possible to be part of the program with a french blog ?
    Regards,
